BDA Petite Dancers

CM - Creative Movement. Age 2. Students learn basic locomotor skills along with essential listening skills needed for dancing. Creative movement games and activities will be used as tools for creativity and learning.

BTC - Ballet/Tap/Creative Movement. Ages 3-4. Students learn basic ballet technique and vocabulary, basic tumbling, and basic tap terminology in a nurturing environment. Creative movement games will be used as tools for creativity and learning. Students must be potty trained to participate in this class.

BT - Ballet/Tap. Ages 5-6. Students learn ballet technique and vocabulary and tap fundamentals in a nurturing class setting. This class is designed to prepare students for all of our Level 1 technique classes.

BeMoved 

 BeMoved is a new dance fitness experience designed by Sherry Zunker for adults of all movement abilities.  Classes begin with easy-to-follow therapeutic movement that integrate the upper and lower body.  The warm up flows into dance styles inspired by a wide variety of musical genres such as Bollywood, World Beat Fusion, Gospel Pop and Salsa.  BeMoved lifts our emotional and spiritual state, enhances our mental and physical well being - all while having fun!
