Joi Street Dance Company is a repertory Jazz Dance company based in Fort Lauderdale Florida.  Anthony A. Raphael is the Founder and Artistic Director of the company.  He also choreographs for the company along with a diverse collection of other choreographers and instructors.  After performing, managing, and directing dancers for over 23 years, Anthony has decided to turn his full attention to the creative development and growth of

Joi Street Dance Company (JSDC) and Broward Dance Academy.

The vision of Joi Street Dance is to share our love of dance and to provide an energetic, supportive, and joyful environment to all our members and students.  Our innovative staff of instructor’s posses a wealth of experience, training and knowledge in the Arts.  Stylistically we range from classic to contemporary jazz, modern to hip hop and more.  Company classes/rehearsals are 2.5 hours in length, twich a week on Mondays and Thursdays.  Currently our principal company consists of 10 members and 12 apprentices.
